French painter (19th-20th century) - Erotic scene. 10 x 14 cm (without frame) - 36 x 38 cm (with frame). Watercolour on paper, within a passe-partout, in a carved and gilded wooden frame (not signed). This watercolour belongs to a genre of private production widely practiced between the second half of the 19th century and the early 20th century, intended for a cultivated and discreet clientele.
