Sunlight filters through the dense leaves, casting dappled shadows on an allée. The trees form a natural corridor, leading deeper to the tranquil trail. Painted with a brush and palette knife, the scene's warm palette and rich texture evoke the soothing essence of a summer day.

Artist Bio: Lynda Minter is a London-based artist who has an interest in capturing impressions of how the landscape and cityscapes appear in a fleeting moment, bringing to life the complexity of how light and colour transforms shapes and mood which she finds exciting Lynda’s colourful palette combining thick brushstrokes with rich colour to capture the vivacity of Britain’s varied landscape: recording over her long career the ever-changing skyline of London parks and the river Thames. St Martin’s School of Art BA hons in Fine Arts 1984 where she studied sculpture and a few years later made the transition into oils at the Slade Summer School.
