Catherine Picard-Gibbs is an established oil painter whose work is defined by bold brushstrokes, vibrant color, and a gestural expressiveness that conveys both movement and emotion. Her evocative landscapes and urban scenes have been featured in juried exhibitions across the country, and her work is represented in galleries in Boston and Tennessee. To expand her artistic vision, she has traveled to the American Southwest, France, and Italy, where she painted on-site and studied art history. Formerly a graphic designer, she shifted her career to fully embrace life as a fine artist. She is also a licensed art educator in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
