By Victor Clyde Forsythe
Located in Fort Washington, PA
Medium: Oil on Canvas Signature: Signed Lower Right Cover Illustration for Top-Notch Magazine, August 15, 1921 Forsythe was a major influence on many great artists and had many important friends.
