He moved to Barcelona with his family in childhood and developed much of his artistic career in Catalonia. Before dedicating himself fully to painting, he worked in advertising, illustration and graphic arts, experiences that helped shape his confident sense of composition, color and visual rhythm. His work is known for its Mediterranean light, expressive female figures, coastal landscapes, gardens, seaside scenes and vibrant chromatic intensity. Pineda Bueno often paints women in sun-filled settings, using loose brushwork, rich texture and luminous color to create scenes full of warmth, elegance and movement. His paintings combine Spanish figurative tradition with a modern Mediterranean sensibility, making them especially appreciated for their decorative strength, joyful atmosphere and immediately recognizable palette.
