About the Artist
Artist Stanislav Sidorov captures the beauty, wonder, and emotion of the human experience in his vibrant works. Employing bright colors to evoke a dramatic mood, he applies expressive hues characteristic of the Russian Realist School. "Whether it is a small town, a landscape, or a still life, I want to touch one's soul, challenge one's mind, and encourage people to never remain indifferent," says Stanislav. After formal studies in fine arts in Russia, he moved to the USA following his family’s immigration in 1977. Since then, he has worked as a freelance artist in Denver, Colorado. He brings his imaginative visions to life in his spacious basement studio, often accompanied by audiobooks. Beyond his creative endeavors, Stanislav enjoys engaging in physical activities, spending time with his family and friends, and exploring different foods in restaurants and cafes.
