About the Item
"This is a picturesque winter canvas, executed in pastel colors with a predominance of white and light gray. The painting depicts a rural landscape covered with snow. In the center one can see trees with thick, snow-covered crowns, and among them - small houses or huts with snow-covered roofs.
In the foreground can be seen figures of people dressed in warm clothes, as well as a cart with a horse, which adds to the scene the atmosphere of village life. The painting is done in an impressionistic style with thick strokes creating the texture of snow and trees. The overall coloring is very soft and harmonious, conveying the coldness and silence of a winter day.
The signature in the lower corner of the painting indicates the author or the date of creation of the work."
