Christian Bozon was born in Lons-le-Saunier, France in 1969. He was trained at the Art School of Besançon and then began his career as a printmaker. In 1993, he fulfilled a long-held dream by organizing an engraving studio at the French Cultural Centre in Tétouan, Morocco. He finally settled in Málaga, Spain, and his art expresses the warmth and colors of both Andalusia and Africa. His prints are often a balance between abstraction and landscape, which he creates with drypoint and aquatint. He has decided against etching as a technique.
