About the Item

Venice Landscape is an original, splendid lithograph realized by an Anonymous artist of XIX century. The state of preservation of the artwork is excellent. At the top of the paper, the inscription" Venezia", whilst at the bottom, just below the image, the inscription of bridges and historical sites and palace. Image dimension:24.3 x 32.5 cm. Included a passpartout: 34 x 49 cm. The artwork represents a beautiful scenery of Venice historical bridges, the dream-like city laid beside sea peacefully, with the boats, is depicted with delicate architectural details, different architectural style of Italian Gothic architecture, with a meeting of influences from local building requirements, some influence from Byzantine architecture, and some from Islamic architecture, reflecting the admirable heritage of the city, and Venice's trading network.
