Recently I learned of Margot Van Voorhies known as Margo de Taxco and the silversmiths of the Mexican city of Taxco.

Markings are the circular Margo de Taxco marking plus the eagle 16 mark. See pages 205 -207 in Hougart's book of Mexican silver marks.
