Elegante vaso in ceramica artigianale prodotto da C.A.S. Vietri, rinomata manifattura campana nota per la tradizione ceramica vietrese. Il vaso presenta una vivace decorazione in blu con motivi teatrali stilizzati ispirati alla tradizione mediterranea. La superficie ha una smaltatura lucida con effetto craquelé leggero, tipico della produzione dell’epoca. Le linee sono irregolari, testimoniando la lavorazione manuale. La manifattura ceramica "C.A.S." (Ceramiche Artistiche Solimene) di Vietri Marina, situata nella provincia di Salerno, fu fondata nel 1937 da Vincenzo Solimene. Su progetto dell'architetto Paolo Soleri, nel 1951, iniziò la costruzione di una nuova e più Negli anni Ottanta e Novanta, dai forni della fabbrica vennero prodotte alcune ceramiche su progetto dell'architetto Ugo La Pietra. All'inizio degli anni Novanta, Vincenzo Solimene, insieme ai figli, acquisì un vecchio opificio presso il Bonea e, due anni dopo, venne creata la "Bottega-Scuola di Ceramica Centro Studio d'Arte Vietrese". L'ultimo piano dello stabilimento ospita uno spazio museale in cui sono custodite, oltre alle opere dei membri della famiglia, le creazioni artistiche...
