Elegant Moroccan gentleman luxury couture vintage caftan hand crafted in gold brocade fabric. Moroccan Caftan in Silver and Gold Brocade Vintage Gentleman Kaftan 1960. One of a kind made to measure couture Moroccan Middle Eastern gentleman vintage robe. This vintage African kaftan features a traditional neckline, with side slits and embellished sleeves. In Morocco, fashion preserves its traditional style inherited from great civilizations that found their way to Northwest Africa, such as the Ottomans and the Moors. Moroccan fashion has been recognized for its style and has garnered a reputation, winning awards in international fashion shows throughout Europe. Marrakech Bohemian, Yves Saint Laurent style. Size large to XX large. Measurements: Bust 53”. Waist 58”. Hips 58”. Across shoulders 24”. Sleeve length 17”. Centre back length 56”. Handcrafted in Fez by local designer. Circa 1950's to 1960's.
