The garment is dominated by an oversized, sculptural collar assembly constructed from multiple layers of dense, tiered cascading ruffles that frame the neckline and chest profile. The long sleeves mimic this dramatic effect with matching tight vertical ruffle trims extending down each arm toward the wrist, while the main torso features an open-front closure that terminates in a clean, flared peplum waist hemline.
