About the Item

This door set is in a French Provincial style, likely produced by the Italian architects to prominent in the area. The original paint remnants give them outstanding coloration that will fit into most schemes. Items from the European colonization of the Mediterranean Rim feature a broad variety of European styles, often mixing French and Italian architecture with local flair and English industrial processes. Styles are a mixture of every people group trading and traveling in the area, commonly including French floral designs, Greek acanthus leaves, Middle-Eastern geometric patterns, and more. The doors are pine, and thus lightweight for their size. They're wide enough for use as a Queen headboard or even front entry set. Recommended indoor finish would be a natural wax or colored wax (brown is lovely with paint remnants).
