Solid Wood Panel in White Finishing with Carved Elements, Custom Made Made of solid wood and plywood, painted. Ornament is hand carved in solid wood. This model shows the overall design fragment assembled and the price given to this particular size. Basically, panel design is priced on the basis of 1 square meter. This product has no match in the global market due to the manufacturer's know-how. The technology allows completely exclude the panels' deformation, regardless of its size. This is due to a special construction. Wooden bars are laid and fixed at an angle of 90 degrees, forming a framework for the panels. Then veneering and surface finishing is used. All elements of the panels are manufactured separately. As a result, the panel is a constructor like LEGO. This allows the final product to be assembled and disassembled several times without compromising quality. This manufacturing technique allows to assemble the completed product at the factory, and thus eliminate manufacturing errors, even if the whole room has to be built. After being assembled, the panels are disassembled again and packed for shipping. This type of LEGO constructor analogue makes it easy to replace the parts damaged during life time use. It is not necessary to disassemble the panels. You just need to remove the damaged part to replace it. The panels are fastened on special anchors. There is no need to use glue or nails when mounting. The required distance between the wall and the panel for mounting is 6 cm. All parts using wood carving are made by hand as a prototype, and a circular scanner is used to get a three-dimensional image, necessary for the laser machine, for multiple repeats of the elements. However, the final finishing is done by hand anyway. Alexander's Collection's exclusive production allows any design to be customized and additional materials to be used, such as Casting Glass, a well-known technique used by, for example, the famous Lalique company. Ask for modification. Custom orders Panels are usually custom orders. Customers may request a sample before submitting an entire order. The cost of the samples is estimated on the basis of 1 square meter. Depends on complexity we estimate the production time separately while typically it takes 4-5 weeks to be done. Sample cost will be included in the entire order price (subject to min order requirements - 10 sqm). We may ship the samples by a courier. Shipping charges are not refundable. Custom order payment If a sample is required - 100% upfront payment For all custom orders we require 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment Quality control We provide general photos, close photos and video during production and full photo and video report before shipment.
