About the Item

A collection of six Victorian Gothic pillars, likely from a Orangery or Greenhouse with their flat backs and tops to take heavy stone work surfaces. We have used four of these in our own kitchen for are counter, these would also make for some marvellous console tables, or work counter. There is also scope for them to cut down, we actually removed a few inches at the bottom of each pillar to make our counter a standard kitchen worktop height. There are four longer examples at 122cm in height Two are 99cm in height All bases are 22cm in width and 19cm in depth Some areas of loss to the decorative areas of the larger examples, age related discolouration to the red oxide painted finish.
