About the Item

Italian 1950’s midcentury wastebasket by Bucciarelli of Milan with brass rim and graphic print on an ivory enamelled surface. This piece was most likely one of a number of designs by Fornasetti commisioned by the Milanese department store Bucciarelli. Good original condition with amazing patina. Some scuffs and scratches. Wear consistent with age and use.
