About the Item

Large 19th century hand woven pine basket circa 1880. Here we have a fine example of traditional craft work from Sweden. Using pine strips to weave between pine supports and create 2 carrying handles.  Ideal generous sized fire side log basket. Old repairs around the base.  Could benefit from a clean but we are offering it in as found condition with it's original patina.
