About the Item

Decorative Bowl in Solid Brass by STOFF Nagel Dimensions: Ø 13,8 x H 5,6 cm. Materials: Brass. Available in different finish options: brushed brass, brushed chrome, or black. Prices may vary. Please contact us. The bowl is another relaunch in the STOFF Nagel collection. Back in the 1960s, when the bowl first saw the light of day, it was designed as an ashtray, but today it is relaunched with a different design purpose. It invites its owner to be even more creative with the STOFF Nagel collection by adding seasonal decorations in the bowl - either in combination with a sculpture or on its own. Cleaning and maintenance: This special piece is made of solid brass and will naturally develop a patina over time. Since the product has not been coated, the patina begins as soon as it is produced. This is why your STOFF Nagel product may have traces of patina even when brand new. You can easily remove candle drips by placing the bowl in hot water until the wax softens. To remove patina, place the bowl in a solution of hot water with 1 tbsp citric acid per ½ liter water and a drop of detergent. Leave for 10 min. Wipe with a dry cloth. If it still shows signs of patina, use brass polish and wipe with a dry cloth to bring back the shiny look. STOFF Nagel A Danish design brand reimagines the iconic 1960s candle holder created by Hans Nagel and Werner Stoff. A symbol of enduring elegance, the stackable, modular design invites personal expression, allowing users to create unique sculptural forms. Today, the collection blends rediscoveries from the 1960s with contemporary designs, offering timeless pieces that inspire creativity. Each item is a canvas for reshaping spaces, engaging with history, and sculpting light and shadow. STOFF Nagel transforms functional design into an interactive art experience, blending heritage with modern craftsmanship.
