About the Item

Turquoise Ceramic Bowl by Jean Besnard This ceramic bowl features a wide, open shape with a gently rolled rim. The exterior is a striking deep turquoise color, with subtle transitions to darker and lighter shades of blue and green along the body of the bowl, evidencing a gradient technique. The interior of the bowl is the most distinctive feature: the lower center is covered in a very intense and deep cobalt blue, almost black in the center. This blue area is surrounded by a color that varies between beige, pale gold, and light brown, creating a strong contrast with the blues. Both inside and out, it suggests a unique, handcrafted finish.
