FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING The Watch Box of slender rectangular form made from solid Mahogany with brass corner brackets and screw details decorating the exterior with a central oval shaped initial plaque to the lid engraved AMD Surgeons Instruments and matching brass escutcheon. Each side of the Watch Box features a small brass latch for keeping the lid secure when locked or unlocked. The interior of the Watch Box is lined in black cushioned velvet to both the base and inner lid with eight watch compartments, one for each day of the week and an evening spare along with two long compartments to the front for links and straps. The rear of the watch box is marked with the makers plaque Evans & Wormull, 31 Stamford St. Blackfrairs, London. The Antique Mahogany Watch Box dates to the late Victorian period circa 1890 and is a perfect gift for any watch enthusiast. The Jewellery Box comes complete with working lock and tasselled key

Of compact rectangular form, the Jewellery Box is mounted with sterling silver corner straps, matching barrel escutcheon and an engraved silver plaque to the lid bearing the crest of the Pauncefort-Duncombe family above the Latin motto “DEO REGI PATRIAE” translating as “For God, King and Country”. The crest and motto are associated with Sir Philip Duncombe Pauncefort-Duncombe, 1st Baronet (1818–1890) of Great Brickhill Manor, Buckinghamshire.
