About the Maker I'm Dave, a master furniture maker with nearly three decades of experience designing and building custom furniture and interior woodwork for clients who value craftsmanship, refinement, and individuality. My workshop is located in a historic 1796 building in Gray, Maine, where I personally design and craft each piece by hand—never mass-produced, always made with purpose. I specialize in custom jewelry boxes, high-end storage cabinets, and luxury home offices, often working with rare and highly figured woods such as bird’s-eye maple, walnut burl, and ribbon mahogany.
