Edwardian Chinoiserie Decorated Mantel Clock, John Bagshaw & Sons, Liverpool Break arch case with raised chinoiserie scenes on an ebonised ground, four brass finials and decorated carrying hinged handle, raised stepped plinth resting on four brass bun feet. Enamel dial with Arabic numerals and original ‘blued’ steel hands signed for the retailer ‘John Bagshaw & Sons, Liverpool’. Eight day Swiss movement with replaced platform escapement signed Buren. C.1910.
