About the Item

This is a charming mid-century Chinese Export carved cluster of jade grapes. The jade is of excellent quality and color and the cluster is in excellent overall condition. The cluster would make a stunning centerpiece when combined with additional carved stone or glass fruits. This cluster is ready to go to its new home. WE have listed a second grape (amethyst) cluster separately. **Jade is widely revered as the "Stone of Heaven," primarily symbolizing purity, prosperity, longevity, and high status in Chinese culture. It embodies Confucian virtues like wisdom, justice, and courage, while acting as a protective talisman that absorbs negative energy and brings good luck. Often associated with heart-centered energy, it also represents balance, harmony, and eternal love.
