This unique and superbly carved picture frame with a blackbird on top is another one of our wonderful recent finds. It truly is a work of art (in more ways than one) and, for us, this rare and stylish frame ticks all the boxes, 1. because we cannot find another one anywhere on the worldwide web. 2 because it is entirely handcrafted by a highly skilled, focussed and patient craftsman or -woman. 3. because the labor-intensity would make it much too expensive to make in this day and age. 4. because it has a wonderful look and feel and a superb patina. 5. it comes with the original brass ring on the back for easy wall mounting. 6. and because it is in excellent condition still.
