Edwin Neyer (Austrian, 1913–1984) Untitled Iron Stele, 1973 A powerful abstract iron sculpture by Austrian sculptor Edwin Neyer, signed with the artist’s monogram “E.N.” and dated 1973. Executed in welded iron, the work presents a striking vertical composition combining geometric and biomorphic forms. A crescent-shaped element, suspended sphere, and spear-like finial create a dynamic silhouette that recalls the postwar European tradition of abstract figurative sculpture.
