About the Item

Unique Unda Form by Dust and Form Dimensions: W 24.7 x D 27' x H 12 Materials: black Belgian marble. Special black Belgian marble Unda form. It is one of its kind and has a stunning satin finish that still shows the mark of the hand. This was hand carved in collaboration with a local Vermont stone carver. In Latin, the word “unda” is used to describe water, specifically ripples, waves or a body of flowing water. Water’s ever changing quality parallels that of the human spirit. Calm and fierce, flowing and stagnant. In this way, the Unda Form resonates motion, encouraging a constant wave to undulate within. Hand carved in Vermont, USA. The Origin Form Collection is a visual exploration of human essence. The pieces within this collection exhibit common and fundamental aspects of our shared humanness. They are intended to live gracefully in whatever space feels best and serve as a visual reminder to connect to our deeper, truer selves. Dust and form pieces are designed and produced by Brielle Rovito. Each object is handmade with great care.
