About the Item

A very attractive female bust from the famous Czech terracotta manufactory Bechyne, an original from the Art Nouveau period, around 1900. The bust is of a particularly classic form – it rests on a very classical monumental base, a high pedestal also decorated with Art Nouveau motifs. The lady wears a typical headdress from the period and an exceptionally detailed, fine blouse. A rural scene.
