'Bloom' Sculpture by Anne Breton Material: Stoneware, pigmented slip Dimensions: H 51 x Ø 21 cm Year: 2024 Unique piece, made in Lille (France). Anne Breton is a beligium ceramicist, she lives and works in Lille (France). The ratist 4plays with projects and concepts that all reveal an attachment to the free and playful dimension of the object. The presence of her objects and sculptures emanates a calm and poetic atmosphere. She uses simple, artisanal creation protocols and leaves room for the expression of the materials, the imprint, the movement. In this way, she engages in a dialogue to share her visions, to give shape to perceptions, to emotions experienced. These reflections give birth to refined works, in which she seeks to find a formal, aesthetic balance. Her pieces are like signs, they refer to our states, our tensions, our links with the world.
