Contemporary wooden life-size sculpture created by circular sawing, black-grey-off-white painted on white-stuff. Signed Christofer Kochs, 2009. Measures: Iron base 40 x 40 cm The object looks light, although it is made of solid wood. To create a delicate object with a chainsaw is not easy. The surface is rough and therefore particularly charming. The blavk color, which looks like powdered, lies only on the heights, the depths show the white chalk background. A protective transparent varnish covers the object and gives the surface an interesting, but not glossy look.
