✦ ABOUT THIS PIECE A vintage Elite Collection Porzellan doll — a named German collector doll brand of the 1980s–1990s — in a beautifully made Victorian-inspired white lace dress, offered honestly as-found, for restoration. The face tells the story: a round child's face with soft blue-grey fixed glass eyes, painted pink Cupid's bow lips, rosy cheeks — and a significant crack on the right cheek, where a large fragment of porcelain has broken away, exposing the hollow interior. The left side of the face is perfect. Everything else is in good condition. The white cotton and broderie anglaise dress — long sleeves, eyelet lace collar, pink organza sash with pearl bead trim at the waist — is well-preserved and charming. The cream porcelain shoes...
