Polychrome earthenware " Assumption of Mary" by Eugenio Pattarino - 1960s Antique - Decoration - 20th Mesures : 19x10cm H:41cm Eugenio Pattarino (1885-1971) was an Italian sculptor and ceramist renowned for his large-scale religious works in earthenware and terracotta, often detailed in polychrome and gold. A glazed terracotta sculpture of the Virgin Mary by the Italian artist, Professor Eugenio Patterino. Signed inside the base (see photo), this statuette measures approximately 40 cm high and features winged cherub heads floating around her feet. A thumb and a toe missing
