Coade style Keystone of Democritus. A brilliant keystone of Democritus, an Ancient Greek philosopher. This piece is in the style of Coade, though not stamped. Attached are some images of Keystones by Coade in Alison Kelly’s, “Mrs Coades Stone”. Democritus was also known as The Laughing Philosopher.
