About the Item

Vintage art glass perfume bottle was hand blown in sommerso technique with jewel-colored cobalt blue glass gather encased in clear glass; Organic Modern shape of the bottle continues to the freeform asymmetrical stopper. The bottle is clearly signed and dated by the artist in etching on the bottom. Judith Via-Wolff is an established Western New York glass artist, who was working in VIA Glass Art studio in Rochester, NY, in 1980s-1990s.
