Superb large Art Nouveau vase with plant motifs. Louis Chalon (1866-1940) was a French sculptor and illustrator, active in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. He distinguished himself in the Art Nouveau style, creating bronzes, pewter, and decorative pieces inspired by mythology, fairy tales, and female figures.
