About the Item

Unleash your colorful personality and let your creativity blossom with Bjørn Wiinblad’s Olga. With her bright smile, blushing cheeks, and colorful decorations, Olga embodies the essence of Bjørn Wiinblad as a person and artist – even when she is shaped as a vase. Happy and dreamy, she brings life and personality to the interior with her poetic expression and vibrant colors. The Olga vase is a reinterpretation of an iconic vase that Bjørn Wiinblad created in collaboration with the ceramic factory Nymølle. The new Olga vases have the same cylindrical top as the vase from Bjørn Wiinblad’s impressive design archive and are adorned with a sweet round face with almond-shaped eyes and the iconic triangular nose, which is almost the personification of Bjørn Wiinblad’s art. The largest vase measures a full 35 cm in height and smiles in all its magnificent beauty, beautifully decorated in a muted sand color with dusty red dots. All Olga vases are made of glossy glazed ceramic with colorful decals and the decorations are a delightful mix of original Bjørn Wiinblad patterns, which in a varied color palette give you a modern and fresh expression. Bjørn Wiinblad was a cheerful artist with a big and colorful personality, who followed his own path and was not afraid to dream and think big. His spirit is fully felt in Olga, who in a very self-contained way invites us to express our own style and personality in our interior design with colorful flower bouquets, exotic plants, and creative decorations. One thing is for certain: Life is never dull when Olga moves in.
