Midcentury Bay Keramik vase, West Germany Fantastic example in stunning bright red with blue highlights Great condition Measures: 25.5cm height, 9cm width Model no: 7025 The company was founded by Eduard Bay in western Germany in 1933. Its production was mainly utilitarian. From the early 1950s, decorative items were introduced. One of the most prominent designers during the late 50s early 1960s was Bodo Mans, whose colourful designs were very popular at the time and are very collectable nowadays. The range of designs and glazes is wide. Marks are moulded to the base. The name Bay is often seen. WEST(W)-GERMANY is used.
