About the Item

Handmade Marbleized Porcelain Vase by Hispania CH, Manises, Spain — 1970s A beautifully handmade porcelain vase, produced in the 1970s by the renowned Hispania CH factory in Manises, Spain — a workshop later absorbed by Lladró in the 1980s. The vase features a clean, elegant form with a unique marble-effect glaze in soft tones of grey, cream, and mauve. The surface finish has a painterly, almost organic quality, and is complemented by subtle gilding on the mouth and base rim. Refined yet expressive, the piece has a quiet presence that feels both vintage and timeless. Striking in person, this is a sophisticated accent piece that reflects the craftsmanship and design sensibility of Spanish porcelain makers at the time. Dimensions: Height: 23.5 cm (9.25 in) Diameter: 17 cm (6.7 in) We specialized in antique and 20th century ceramics, glass and objects, like lamps, side tables, stools, mirrors, etc. Please check out our storefront ¨Gorgeous Vases¨ for more items in this style.

Mid-Century Bay Keramik White Glazed Vase, West Germany, 1950s Mid-Century Modern ceramic vase by Bay Keramik, produced in West Germany, circa 1950s. White glaze with a structured low-relief organic pattern and a controlled, classical form. Bay Keramik was one of the leading West German ceramic manufacturers of the post-war period, recognized for its high production standards and wide distribution across Europe and the United States. The company played a key role in the international success of “West German pottery,” producing works that balanced serial production with strong design identity. Their output is now well regarded among collectors for its material quality, durability, and distinct mid-century aesthetic. This example reflects Bay’s more restrained line—focused on surface texture and proportion rather than bold color—making it particularly suitable for contemporary interiors and curated collections. Marked “Bay – West Germany...
