About the Item

No.98 stoneware sculpture, Tonfisk by Ciona Lee One of a Kind Dimensions: Ø 15 x H 21 cm Materials: black stoneware, Frost White Glaze Variations of size and colour available. Tonfisk is the ceramic practice by Ciona Lee, a Korean-Italian artist and designer based in London. All of her work is hand built, a method that she loves for the freedom it gives to shape things liberally with her hands. Her process is rather intuitive and starts with a shape in her mind which can evolve organically during the making. This gives each piece its unique and imperfect character. She focuses on the creation of vases and sculptural pieces that are quirky and intentionally lumpy.
