Georges Jouve c1910 - 1964 French ceramic artist coupe titled Banane, c1955. Signed with Jouve cypher. Grat crackle of the glaze. Signs of use. Wonderful green color. with excellent areas of white. Excellent condition, no chips or restorations. One of the most definitive ceramic artists in france of the 1950’s he produced a wide range of works from simple to complex sculpture.
