A whimsical and highly collectible silver-plated water pitcher designed and manufactured in Taxco, Mexico by the celebrated workshop Los Castillo. This sculptural vessel showcases the firm’s signature blend of mixed metals, innovative forms, and exquisite handcraftsmanship that helped define mid-century Mexican modernism. The pitcher features a beautifully hammered silver-plated body with a warm, reflective texture. Its most striking detail is the bird-shaped handle, masterfully crafted in brass and copper with a dramatic crest and stylized beak. The elongated handle is inlaid with Lapis Lazuli and other natural stones, forming a mosaic-like vertical panel that adds depth, color, and unmistakable Taxco artistry.
