English Sheffield three tiered taza with a bronze ornamental spread wing eagle grasping arrows in claws, turned bulbous column, three hand chased pewter plates, and resting on a decorative base with floral scrolled feet. Early 19th Century. Originally displayed and used to serve condiments in The White House.
