A fine antique sauce or cream ladle. In sterling silver. By Whiting. In the Lily pattern. With a scalloped bowl and a figural handle. Marked to the reverse. Simply wonderful American silver! Date: Late 19th or Early 20th Century Overall Condition: It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition. Condition Details: It retains traces of its original gilding in the bowl. Otherwise, there is some light edge wear, some light dings and indentations here and there, some fine and light surface scratches, and other signs of light wear consistent with age.
