About the Item

Victorian Period, sterling silver-mounted decanter with hinged lid and having four matching glasses, Gorham Manufacturing Company, Providence, Rhode Island, year-hallmarked for 1894. Beautiful American Brilliant cuts on glass. Sterling silver lid has a bayonet closure. The wine decanter measures 8 1/2 inches high x 5 1/2 inches wide (at widest point) x 3 3/4 inches deep. Each matching glass measures 2 1/2 inches high x 2 1/8 inches diameter. Dark areas in photos are reflections. In excellent antique condition.
