About the Item

Vintage silver service consisting of six pieces, designed and produced by Copenhagen silversmith Evald Nielsen, a contemporary of Georg Jensen and known for his personal interpretation of the Art Nouveau style. The set features a refined floral pattern with berries, typical of the brand's production. All items are signed and punched Evald Nielsen, made of 830 silver. Composition: large knife 22 x 3 x 1.5 cm, large spoon 22 x 6 x 4 cm, small knife 16.5 x 2 x 1 cm. Total gross weight about 450 g. Epoch 1920-1930, with reference to 1921. Denmark origin. The service is in good vintage condition, with minor signs of time and light stains consistent with age. Elegant example of Nordic silverware, ideal for collectors or for a historically tasteful table.
