Made by Sevenarts Ltd. in 1989 and impressed on verso. The tray stands upon three ball feet but has 2 hangers on back to allow for display. Dimensions: 21" 1/4 W x 16" H x 3/4" Condition: Various signs of age include two dimples to surface, fine scratches throughout, some sporadic tarnishing. See photos for details of condition.
