About the Item

A set of five Melitta Ceracron saucers or small plates from the 1970s, likely from the “Stockholm” series. The design features a bold concentric circle motif in warm red and orange tones, characteristic of the era’s graphic and expressive tableware. Produced in Ceracron, a denser type of earthenware developed for Melitta, these pieces are slightly heavier and more durable than standard ceramics, while retaining a refined finish. Each plate measures 12.5 cm in diameter and 2 cm in height, with a weight of approximately 240 grams per piece. All five pieces are in very good condition, with only minimal signs of use consistent with age. A striking and practical addition to a mid-century or 1970s table setting, equally suitable for use or display.
