Designer: Stig Lindberg. Material: Stoneware. Dimensions: H. 14 cm, D. 5 cm. Period: 1950/60s. Condition: Very good condition, minor signs of use. Stig Lindberg (1916–1982) was one of Sweden’s most influential designers and ceramic artists, closely associated with Gustavsberg. His work is characterized by playful, organic lines and bold colors, often combining functionality with a sculptural and whimsical quality. Many of his everyday objects from the 1950s and 60s have become iconic collector’s items, valued for their mix of utility and artistic elegance.
