About the Item

Vintage tin centrepiece and drinking set is an original decorative group of different objects realized in tin in the 20th century. All the objects are realized in tin by different artists and designers, especially from Netherlands. This set includes: two tea pots with handles, one cream server, six mugs and six small grappa glasses. Various dimensions. The set in in good conditions, some signs of age. Very beautiful mixed group of objects realized by different artists and factories from Netherlands: for example by JEKA, or Jeka Metaltryk (Metal Press), was founded in 1990 by Kurt Wiborg, and closed down in 2002. They produced pendants inspired by the Danish tradition for elegant, multi layered hanging lights – instigated by Poul Henningsten in 1925 or Metawa (from Netherland too). This mixed group of tin products includes different kind of objects: two teapots (one with a braided wood handle and the other with a tin decoratied handle), a milk/cream server and two sets of mugs and small glasses for alcohol.
