About the Item

A cased 19th century twin masted Schooner diorama. Vibrant and untouched, rare to see an American flag represented. Possibly a British West Indian trading schooner (mastered by John Edghill) that was sunk in June 1942, but I feel that it is the two-masted schooner named Lillian operated in Maine, USA, and was famously photographed in Penobscot Bay in the 1940s.
